Mission and purpose of the Mple Brand is the relationship between the customer, the bank and the world. Breaking the convention of heavy transactional/incentivized loyalty programs and with a vision of focusing on reliability and credibility, the disruption was based on emotional loyalty and values. Having launched in early 2021, during a very controversial period during the pandemic, the results exceeded expectations and the campaign was considered a big success.
