We are looking for a New Business Development Manager to join our team.
The core of this role will be client-facing and selling the agency to prospects. This role will be responsible for new business pitches of varying sizes and will actively prospect and advocate for the agency.
What You'll Do:
In general, this role will participate in and manage all agency new business development activity. Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the below:
Prospecting & Pitches:
-Partner with the GM in prospecting strategy development through both researching assigned brands and bringing proactive ideas for target categories, brands, and/or clients.
-Ongoing and proactive outreach recommendations based on industry news, decision-maker movement, leads, etc.
-Partner with the GM and identified pitch team in all aspects of pitching for new business. Tasks include, but are not limited to: setting up the pitch team for success, managing and coordinating the development and preparation of the RFP’s presentation, aiding strategy with primary and secondary research.
-Partner closely with Directors and prospective client administrative professionals to ensure meeting scheduling, logistics and communications are flawlessly outlined, established and communicated to all parties
-Serve as the primary contact for client pitches in all phases of the process.
-Taking part in pitch presentations
Transitioning from Prospect to Client:
-Able to serve on new client transition teams after new business wins, assisting in continuity during the onboarding for prospects that have converted into agency clients.
-Proactively offering ideas for how the agency can show up in the world outside of our work for our clients
-Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field
-At least 5 years of advertising agency experience or experience in a similar
-Excellent organizational and communication skills
-Ability to handle complex problems and multi-task
-Native Greek speaker and excellent use of the English language
